Do you accept returns?

Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in their original, unopened packaging.

What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please notify us within 30 days if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive any shortage in a kit.

What can’t I return?

Refunds for food and water products cannot be issued.

Is there a restocking fee?
Unfortunately, if an item is returned for reasons other than being defective or damaged, you may incur a restocking fee of up to 15-20%.

Who pays the return shipping?

The customer will pay the return shipping if the reasons for the item(s) being returned are other than being defective or damaged.

How do I start a return?
